Q: What are the business hours of the Kirkpatrick Chapel Office?

A: The business hours are 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.

Q: May I throw rice?

A: The tossing of rice, confetti, flowers, flower petals etc. is strictly forbidden both inside and outside the facility.

Q: May I use a flash in the chapel?

A: Flash photography is allowed inside and outside the chapel.

Q: When may I decorate the chapel?

A: Renters may arrange for a florist to decorate the chapel, but the florist will not have access to Kirkpatrick chapel until the first half hour of the contracted time slot. The florist should provide all flower containers and pedestals. All flowers, decorations, and programs must be removed following the ceremony.

Q: How may I decorate the chapel?

A: Taping, tacking, stapling, gluing, or otherwise attaching posters, signs, advertisements and decorations to walls, pillars, or posts inside or outside the Kirkpatrick Chapel is not permitted. Rubber bands may be used to attach flowers to the ends of pews.

Q: May I use an aisle runner?

A: Yes, aisle runners are permitted and can usually be purchased from a florist.

Q: What are the center aisle dimensions?

A: Center Aisle Dimensions: 75' long x 4 1/2' wide

Q. What are the measurments of the chapel's front doors?

A. The double doors measure 70" x 35" apiece

Q: How wide/High is the end of the pew?

A: The pew ends measure 8" at their widest. Circumference 19", thickness 2" and are 36" from floor to peak or 33" from floor to back of pew.

Q: What are the dimensions of the chapel?

A: Dimensions:  55' high , including ornamental gables; 43' to roof peak; 116' long; 57 1/2' wide; center aisle is 75'; interior ceiling is 36' high.

Q: What are the dimensions of the red fabric on the choir screens behind the altar?

A: The red fabric on each panel measures 38" wide x 60 1/2" tall and is affixed by velcro top and bottom. You may temporarily replace the red fabric with fabric of your own choosing.

Q: How many pews are there in the chapel?

A: There are 22 pews on either side of the church, 44 total.

Q: What is the seating capacity of the chapel?

A: Seating Capacity: 650 persons

Q: How many parking spaces are in the chapel's parking lot?

A: There are 111 regular spaces and 4 designated Handicap spaces

Q: What are the dimensions of parking lot the gates?

A: The gates are 12' high and 12' wide.

Q: Is the chapel air conditioned?

A: There is no air conditioning in the chapel. You are welcome to bring your own fans during warm weather months, but they must be removed after your ceremony.

Q: Are there electrical outlets available in the chapel?

A: Electrical outlets can be found in either pulpit, on the back wall of the church, and just inside the front door.

Q: How can I hire a bagpiper, piano player, or any other musician, for my wedding?
